After our Peking Duck lunch (see previous post), we walked over to Tiananmen Square. All we could do was follow the crowd. I had passed Tiananmen Square many times. This is the first time I actually enter it. Because of the National Day, and the display of the National Day's Parade floats, the Square is the most important attraction of the city this week. Traffic has been a complete mess around the area. The other night we spent 1.5hr in traffic just passing the Square.
