We were taken out to lunch by the local architect after our coordination meeting at his office this morning. He took us to 323 Hangzhou Restaurant. We were seated in a fancy private room. He ordered some very wonderful food. Marlon and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The soymilk mixed with pureed walnut, individually braised pork belly in about 2" cube, steamed fresh fish, fresh caught prawns, Tianjin dumplings, eel... there were just so much food. I need to take Marlon back there as our farewell dinner before we come home. I am heading to the gym RIGHT NOW.
